On the way to Everest Base Camp, you will meet many small villages located at high altitudes, such as Lukla, Namche Bazaar, Tengboche, Feriche and so on. So you will have a chance to introduce yourself with the traditions of locals and to enjoy their hospitality.

And those who is lucky to find themselves in Khumbu in mid-November will witness a greatly celebrated Mani Rimdu or Masks dance. It is a 19-day festival celebrated by Buddhists at Tengboche monastery. This will add more flavor to the taste of trekking in nature.
The Everest Base Camp trek is of medium difficulty trek but still requires some skills and a certain level of fitness from the trekkers. For those who is new in this kind of traveling we suggest choosing the Everest Monastery trek, which is easier but gives not less emotions and experience
