The Kanchanjunga region has the most important conservation areas in the Himalayas. It is home for an amazing variety of birds, red pandas and snow leopards.

It is also home for several Nepal’s ethnic groups, like Sherpa, Rai, Limbu Gurung, Magar, Newar and Thamang peoples. So this trip will be the best option if you want to introduce yourself with culture, traditions and lifestyle of local people in Nepal.

Kanchanjunga Base Camp trek is a 22-days adventure covering around 200 km along the valleys, subtropical, rhododendron, chestnut and oak forests and hillsides dotted with small villages and emerald lines of rice terracing.
